This uses the dual screen option available in Windows 98 XP and Vista, to give the Trainer both a control screen and a discrete video screen for data projector display. A selection of built-in slides can also be shown in the same way.

From the control screen, the trainer has access to the full scripting for 240 customer responses, allowing a selection to be made within seconds. The video has been designed to fit in with most existing Selling Skills programmes.
