Who’s Calling, a managed solutions provider of customer intelligence, is demonstrating ClickPath at SES. ClickPath accurately measures the effectiveness of key word search and advertising campaigns that convert and generate offline phone calls. ClickPath is able to bridge the online to offline worlds by giving search engine marketers the ability to track which online marketing efforts generate phone calls.
An integrated and scalable solution, ClickPath allows businesses to track which online paid keyword searches from marketing or advertising campaigns converted into an offline phone inquiry and sale. It is the only solution available today that tracks phone calls back to the key word level. Merchant Warehouse, a leader in the merchant services industry, deployed ClickPath months ago and within the first week was able to see which search engines and campaigns were actually delivering call traffic. “With ClickPath in place we are now able to confirm which search engines and campaigns are delivering call traffic — and in turn we re-allocated our budget to focus on ad sources that could prove they were generating calls and sales,” said Henry Helgeson, president of Merchant Warehouse. “Who’s Calling has a long history of helping businesses gain valuable insight about their customers. Our foundation was built on phone analytics and the analysis of customer phone interactions,” said Stuart DePina, CEO of Who’s Calling. “We recognized a significant need to analyze customer interactions over the web. With the introduction of ClickPath, we are broadening our suite of measurement and monitoring solutions to include online businesses interested in gaining a competitive edge.” ClickPath helps search engine marketers eliminate wasted online advertising spending by identifying and tracking calls to clicks for real-time ROI conversion of online campaigns. Specifically ClickPath identifies and tracks offline call conversions resulting from all online marketing campaigns and keyword searches; provides a complete picture of responses, across online and offline channels, to measure the ROI of the click; Helps optimize Search Engine Marketing campaigns and overall mix of online advertising; Captures caller data including name, address, and phone number; Allows search engine marketers to record calls for service and training purposes. ClickPath allows search engine marketers to track all aspects of the media mix and provides a variety of ways to review conversion data. The reporting gives an advertiser insight into which key words generated phone calls - as well as all other online conversions types. On the back end, ClickPath allows call analysis which shows the phone calls that came in to the advertisers call center. Additionally, ClickPath can provide a call recording that allows the advertiser to review the sales team’s responsiveness and ability to close a sale. The ClickPath hosted web service is enabled by simply inserting client- side java script code and html tags into the advertiser’s web pages without affecting the structure of the site or requiring any server-side programming. The reporting system is built from a marketing manager perspective with a great deal of functionality that generates comparative reporting and trending analysis. ClickPath displays a unique phone number to each online user and measures how many sessions are started on a particular key word. As site visitors click-through a site, ClickPath captures the keywords and other critical user data. ClickPath supports any number of key words or campaigns that will be tracked with a small pool of toll-free numbers. ClickPath continues to track the visitor’s session and presents the same trackable number on every page the user views until they are ready to pick up the phone. Founded in 1998, Who’s Calling suite of services and solutions help businesses gain valuable insight about their customers. The company’s foundation, built on telephone analytics and analyzing customer phone interactions, has expanded to the web with its new ClickPath solution that bridges the online to offline worlds.
