Will Salespeople be replaced with a computer programme?
Celebros a provider of search and navigation solutions for online shops announced that 30 new online shops have selected and implemented the Qwiser Salesperson programme during the last six months. The company’s Search and Navigation solution is live on sites in Europe, the US and Asia. Joining the growing list of Celebros’ customers in the UK are Jewellery TV, Passion8 and Figleaves. Many respected names in e-commerce, particularly in the UK, have selected Qwiser Salesperson over other search solutions due to its advanced technology that was developed to mimic the behaviour of a live salesperson. Celebros technology analyses shopper queries linguistically and conceptually, and instantaneously returns on-target results.

According to Celebros Qwiser Salesperson’s great advantage over other search solutions is its ability to understand the true meaning of shoppers’ queries and to automatically improve after each interaction with shoppers. Shops that have implemented the solution report significant increases in sales and revenue.
