Sales performance company Silent Edge has won two separate British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards.
Silent Edge wins two British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards
Silent Edge’s product for objectively observing sales people’s behaviour in live meetings won the award for the ‘Most Effective Use of Sales Automation’, beating the likes of BT en route. As well as that, Shani Sparks, one of the company’s talented sales trainers, won the category for the ‘Sales Trainer of the Year’. Russell Ward, Sales Director at Silent Edge, said: “The majority of traditional sales training solutions just don’t deliver. To address this problem, we created a unique way of measuring sales capability and began using the results to motivate behavioural change. That was nearly 5 years ago. The results for our clients have been remarkable and we’ve gained a reputation for being the most innovative company at improving sales performance.” |
